Under his leadership Inspire Academy has grown from a group of 17 meeting in a community centre to an organisation of 150 members with sessions held nearly every night of the week. Luke has worked extensively as an actor (Holby City, Ben Elton's 'The Wright Way', Citizen Khan). He is most notable for his role as 'Tim' in 'Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps'.

Since establishing the group in 2007, he has overseen remarkable success with the group regularly being used as a reliable casting resource for projects with BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and production companies such as Warner Bros & Universal Pictures.

Luke is passionate about creating the right conditions and environment for young people to develop and grow as actors. He is committed to creating a culture of support, encouragement and high standards.
